All at Brighton Male Voice Choir send our thanks and
best wishes for the future, to Jack Simmonds for his
tremendous help during his all-too-brief time with us.
We now extend a huge welcome to Stephen Roke, our
brand new Musical Director, who will be starting work
with us in Woodingdean just as soon as the present
'Lockdown' arrangements permit.
Check out his profile on the "About Us" page or, better still
come down to a rehearsal and meet us all in person.

We cater for a wide range of audience, throughout East and West Sussex and have an extensive music library. If you are organising a corporate function, or private celebration, and are looking for some light entertainment, please take a look at the slide show on this page, or the YouTube Links to see us in concert. We do of course undertake a number of concerts each year to benefit local and national charities and are happy to consider a joint concert with one or more other choirs for a larger audience.
Like all choirs we are always looking for new members. Rehearsals are held every Wednesday Evening at 7-30 pm at Woodingdean Methodist Church, The Ridgway, Woodingdean, Brighton BN2 6PA. The Choir welcome men, 18 plus, who enjoy singing in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Ability to read music is not essential and no auditions are held.
The choir has been subsidised by Brighton & Hove Council for seven years at the time of writing; this by means of our successful applications for Discretionary Grants. The Council appreciates the choir's voluntary community involvement and fundraising over many years. We were also awarded a £1000 bursary by AMEX Incorporated in 2011.
